Your group's owner and group admins, up to the number of companies agreed for your group. Group roles are separate from company roles, so a company admin can't add companies unless the group owner makes them a group admin.

Every company records where its data is kept, and today all companies are hosted in the same region. If a company must be hosted in its own country, talk to us before it goes live.
