Best procurement software in the UAE (2026)
Who each platform suits, what it covers, how it is priced and what to check in the UAE, from enterprise suites to tools built for growing, multi-branch businesses.
On this page
In short
There is no single best procurement software in the UAE; the right choice depends on your size and the systems you already run. Large enterprises usually choose a source-to-pay suite such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, Ivalua, JAGGAER or GEP SMART. Businesses already on an ERP often start with its purchasing module, such as Odoo, NetSuite or Dynamics 365. Growing and multi-branch companies tend to prefer dedicated tools that launch quickly, such as Korrway, Precoro, Zoho Procurement or Procurify. Whichever you choose, check VAT handling, your e-invoicing provider, where your data is stored and whether your suppliers will use it.
Korrway is our product. We have included it alongside the others, described every platform from its own website and public sources, and listed those sources at the end. Details were checked on 17 October 2026. Prices and features change often, so confirm with each vendor before you decide.

How to choose
Start with two questions: how big is your buying operation, and which systems do you already run?
- Large enterprise or government, buying across many countries: a full source-to-pay suite such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle Fusion, Ivalua, JAGGAER or GEP SMART. Expect a longer project and a larger budget, in return for depth across sourcing, contracts, invoicing and payments.
- Already on an ERP: look first at its purchasing module, such as NetSuite, Dynamics 365 or Odoo. It keeps finance in one system, though sourcing and supplier bidding tend to be lighter than in dedicated tools.
- Growing or multi-branch, buying from many suppliers: a dedicated procurement tool that launches in days or weeks, such as Korrway, Precoro, Zoho Procurement or Procurify. Compare how each handles supplier bidding, approvals by brand and branch, and whether suppliers can quote without friction.
Our buyer’s guide to procurement software in the UAE has a checklist to take to every demo.
What to check in the UAE
- VAT and supplier records. Orders should show 5% VAT separately, and supplier records should hold each supplier’s TRN and trade licence.
- E-invoicing. UAE e-invoices travel through Accredited Service Providers, not through procurement software itself. As of 16 October 2026, the UAE entities of SAP and Zoho were on the Ministry of Finance’s list of accredited providers; with any other platform you appoint an accredited provider separately, which is normal. See our guide to UAE e-invoicing.
- Where your data is stored. SAP Ariba and Coupa run data centres in the UAE, Oracle Cloud has regions in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, and Dynamics 365 can be hosted in Microsoft’s UAE region. If data location matters to you, ask every vendor.
- Arabic. Full Arabic interfaces are rare. Coupa’s supplier portal supports Arabic, Odoo can produce Arabic invoices, and SAP Ariba’s interface languages do not include Arabic. Check the screens your requesters and suppliers will actually use.
- Will your suppliers use it? Many suppliers in the region run their business from a phone. Quoting from a link, without an account, makes a real difference to response rates.
Korrway
Best for: growing and multi-branch businesses in the UAE and GCC that buy from many suppliers, such as food and beverage groups, retail chains and hospitality companies.
An all-in-one, AI-native procurement platform covering sourcing and RFQs, supplier bidding, line-by-line quote comparison, approvals, purchase orders, receiving, inventory and spend reporting. Buyers can also search the Korrway supplier network by category and delivery country, and suppliers quote from a link with nothing to install or join the network free.
AI: agents draft RFQs, chase suppliers before deadlines, suggest counter-offers and log savings. People approve and award, and figures are calculated in code.
Pricing: per workspace, not per seat, quoted after a demo. Suppliers join free.
In the UAE: built in the UAE, with VAT on orders and supplier TRNs and trade licences on file.
Consider: Korrway covers buying from request to delivery and stock; supplier invoices and payments stay in your accounting system. The interface is in English.
SAP Ariba
Best for: large organisations, especially those already running SAP.
SAP’s source-to-pay suite covers sourcing, contracts, procurement, invoicing and supplier management, connected to SAP Business Network, which SAP says spans more than 190 countries. SAP is rebuilding Ariba as a “next-generation” AI-native product, available to existing customers from early 2026.
AI: a Joule agent in Ariba Intake Management and AI-assisted contract creation, planned for general availability from June 2026.
Pricing: on request, with modules licensed separately. Suppliers can use a free standard network account; SAP charges fees on its enterprise supplier account.
In the UAE: Ariba has run data centres in the UAE and Saudi Arabia since 2018, and SAP’s regional entity is an accredited UAE e-invoicing provider.
Consider: Arabic is not among Ariba's interface languages, and suite projects take time: G2 reviewers report around six months to implement on average.
Coupa
Best for: enterprises and larger mid-market companies that want spend management from intake to payment.
Coupa covers intake, requisitions, sourcing, contracts, a supplier portal, invoice automation with three-way matching, payments and spend analysis. It has been privately owned since Thoma Bravo acquired it in 2023.
AI: Navi agents, plus agents for supplier onboarding, early payment discounts and payment fraud.
Pricing: on request.
In the UAE: a UAE data centre since 2024, and a supplier portal available in Arabic.
Consider: a suite contract suits larger budgets, and you will appoint a separate accredited provider for UAE e-invoicing.
Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement and NetSuite
Best for: enterprises running Oracle Cloud ERP, and companies of any size already on NetSuite.
Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement covers sourcing, contracts, purchasing, self-service procurement, supplier management and invoice automation. NetSuite offers procurement as an add-on, with purchase orders, approvals, a vendor portal, three-way matching and vendor scorecards.
AI: an Autonomous Sourcing Agent, announced in February 2026 at no additional cost, and other assistants in Fusion; bill capture in NetSuite.
Pricing: on request.
In the UAE: Oracle Cloud has regions in Dubai and Abu Dhabi; ask whether your Fusion or NetSuite account would be hosted there.
Consider: strongest when you already run Oracle or NetSuite. Ask your implementation partner how UAE e-invoicing will connect.
Microsoft Dynamics 365
Best for: companies already on Dynamics 365 whose finance team works there every day.
Business Central, for small and mid-sized businesses, covers purchase quotes and orders, blanket orders, approval workflows and e-documents. Supply Chain Management adds requisitions, RFQs, purchase agreements, a vendor portal and spend analysis.
AI: a Payables Agent in Business Central, and in Supply Chain Management a Procurement Agent, in preview, that handles supplier communications.
Pricing: Business Central from USD 80 per user a month (Essentials); Supply Chain Management from USD 210.
In the UAE: hosting in Microsoft’s UAE cloud region, and UAE VAT features in Dynamics 365 Finance.
Consider: purchasing sits inside an ERP rather than a dedicated procurement tool, and UAE localisation for Business Central comes from partners.
Odoo Purchase
Best for: small and mid-sized companies that want purchasing inside an affordable, all-round ERP.
The Purchase app covers RFQs, blanket orders, calls for tender, three-way bill control, automatic reordering based on stock and sales, and reporting.
AI: general AI features in Odoo 19, such as agents, AI fields and document sorting, rather than purchasing-specific tools.
Pricing: per user per month, published on odoo.com; prices vary by region and offer.
In the UAE: a regional head office in Dubai South, and UAE localisation with VAT returns and Arabic invoices.
Consider: purchasing within an ERP rather than a full sourcing suite, and the quality of the setup depends on your implementation partner.
Zoho Procurement
Best for: mid-sized and larger companies, and businesses already using Zoho's finance apps, that want procurement with invoice matching built in.
Part of the Zoho Spend suite launched in December 2025, Zoho Procurement covers purchase requests (with Amazon Business punch-out), approvals, RFx, purchase orders, goods receipts, a supplier portal, invoice matching, contracts, budgets and spend analytics.
AI: invoice and contract data extraction, and savings insights.
Pricing: from USD 35 per user a month (Premium) or USD 75 (Enterprise), billed annually, with 50 free requester licences for every user licence. A 14-day trial is available.
In the UAE: a UAE edition, and Zoho’s UAE entity is an accredited e-invoicing provider.
Consider: it launched in December 2025, so it has a shorter track record than the suites above, and the UAE edition is in English.
Precoro
Best for: mid-sized companies that want purchasing and invoice approval running within weeks.
Precoro covers requisitions, purchase orders, receipts, invoices with two- and three-way matching, approvals, vendor and contract management, and budgets. It says it serves more than 1,000 organisations in over 80 countries, with implementation in 2 to 8 weeks.
AI: “AI for Quotation”, which turns supplier quotes into requisitions, plus AI agents and an assistant on the Automation plan.
Pricing: from USD 499 a month (Core) or USD 999 (Automation), billed annually.
In the UAE: a UAE page covering spend in AED and VAT.
Consider: RFPs and the supplier portal come with the higher Automation plan, and data hosting is in the US or EU.
Procurify
Best for: mid-market teams, mainly in North America, that want purchasing with accounts payable and company cards.
Based in Vancouver, Procurify covers purchasing, with optional accounts payable and expense and card modules, and add-ons for guided intake and contracts.
AI: Guided Intake, Order Autopilot and an agent-powered accounts payable engine, launched in July 2026.
Pricing: on request. Basic users are unlimited and pricing follows the number of “Pro” users.
In the UAE: we found no Middle East office, Arabic interface or UAE VAT features on its website.
Consider: check local support and UAE VAT handling before you choose.
JAGGAER, GEP SMART and Ivalua
Three more source-to-pay suites for large enterprises and government, all priced on request:
- JAGGAER (JAGGAER One), with the JAI assistant in 28 languages and offices in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Tejari, the Dubai e-procurement marketplace, became part of JAGGAER, which retired the Tejari name in 2022.
- GEP SMART, aimed at very large organisations, with AI from GEP Quantum. GEP has had an Abu Dhabi office since 2022, and regional customers include AW Rostamani Group.
- Ivalua, with the IVA agent and IVA Studio. UAE customers include the Ministry of Finance, Masdar City and Abu Dhabi’s Department of Culture and Tourism, and its regional partners include Raqmiyat.
Also worth knowing
Pluto, based in DIFC, offers spend management with purchase orders, two- and three-way matching, a vendor portal and company cards, free for small businesses with up to 10 users. It is a spend and card platform rather than a sourcing suite, so it suits companies whose main need is controlling everyday spend.
Whichever platform you shortlist, run the same real purchase through each demo: one RFQ, three suppliers, an approval and a purchase order. It shows more than any feature list. If you want to see Korrway that way, book a demo with your own categories and suppliers.
Questions
What is the best procurement software in the UAE?
It depends on your size and systems. Large enterprises usually choose a source-to-pay suite such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, Ivalua, JAGGAER or GEP SMART. Companies on an ERP often start with its purchasing module. Growing and multi-branch businesses tend to prefer dedicated tools that launch quickly, such as Korrway, Precoro, Zoho Procurement or Procurify.
Which procurement software supports UAE e-invoicing?
E-invoices in the UAE are sent through Accredited Service Providers, not by procurement software itself. As of 16 October 2026, the UAE entities of SAP and Zoho were on the Ministry of Finance's list of accredited providers; with any other platform you appoint an accredited provider separately. Procurement software should keep clean purchase orders, receiving records and supplier TRNs so e-invoices can be matched.
Is there procurement software in Arabic?
Full Arabic interfaces are rare. Coupa's supplier portal supports Arabic, Odoo can produce Arabic invoices, and SAP Ariba's interface languages do not include Arabic. Korrway's interface is in English. Check the screens your requesters and suppliers will use.
How much does procurement software cost in the UAE?
Enterprise suites price on request. Among published prices on 17 October 2026, Zoho Procurement started at USD 35 per user a month, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central at USD 80 per user a month and Precoro at USD 499 a month, all billed annually. Korrway is priced per workspace, not per seat, and suppliers join free.
What happened to Tejari?
Tejari, the Dubai-based e-procurement marketplace, became part of JAGGAER, which retired the Tejari name in 2022. Its customers now use JAGGAER.
